• In transit: Your order is on the move.
• Out for delivery: Your item is really close, as in ‘on its way to your home this very moment.’
• Exception: This unlikely scenario means that the courier has run into very bad weather and is rerouting your order.

If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please Whatsapp us. If it’s after business hours, leave us a clear and detailed message with your name, phone number, and your order number (if available).

We get our jewelry from hundreds of suppliers all over the world. The majority of our jewelry is nickel-free, but it is not guaranteed unless stated explicitly in the item description. Please note your order is delivered by courier companies such as TCS, Leopard, and M&P. The rider who brings your package is not our employee and cannot open the parcel for checking.
