Refund policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us on our Whatsapp. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and will ultimately issue you the new one.

In case of damaged goods, the new article is sent free of cost and for all other reasons delivery charges of 200/- will be applied.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept (CHANGE OF MIND)


Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for the Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.
These conditions apply to non-sale orders only.

For further assistance, you can contact our customer service department. Provide all the required information to our friendly representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will send the new article to your doorstep.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase by receipt by courier.
Articles are qualified for change if they are either damaged only. The article is to be sent to our location in Rawalpindi and we dispatch the new article after receiving it. In case of damaged goods the new article is sent free of cost and for all other reasons delivery charges 200/- apply.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Shipping Policy

We deliver our products within 3-5 Working Days. 

Shipping charges depend on the weight of the package. Minimum shipping charges are Rs.200 and increase as weight increases.


Please note your order is delivered by courier companies such as TCS, Leopard, and M&P. The rider who brings your package is not our employee and cannot open the parcel for checking. His duty is only to collect cash and deliver the package. If there is any issue with the products, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible to your satisfaction.
